In May we are doing drrrrrrrop sets! Get prepared to heat those muscles up with reps to failure (or near, for exercises requiring re-racking). Once you've hit failure, drop the weight 1-3 times (specified in the program) and keep going for more reps (minimum of 4). Drop sets are a very effective hypertrophy technique and is often reserved for those with a little bit of training experience because of the fatigue it can generate. It also improves working capacity by reducing weight and continuing to work, getting lots of repetitions in. You will surely feel the burn when dropping it like it's hot!
