Just as the name implies, we're going to be hitting our legs hard this month! Formatted a lil like a squat program, we'll be squatting to destruction and anhiliation of our legs while toning down some days to assist in recovery. As usual, the upper body will be included so none of the major muscle groups will be neglected, just the major emphasis will be on legs which in theory should boost our upper body gains as well. I suggest resting after day 2 and after day 4 OR alternate lift and rest every other day.
