It's all about the Benjamins, baby! This month's plan features 100 rep totals and 100 rep sets! Each day will begin with a compound exercise for moderate to heavy weight, and subsequent exercises will be performed moderate-light to light. NOTE: these are not drop sets! Please try to use the same weight throughout all high volume sets unless absolutely necessary to change. You may rest between reps but no more than 10 seconds, ideally only 5 seconds. This means no more than 10seconds between reps! Your rest periods between sets and exercises should be 1-2 minutes. Strive to take one day off between each day.
