We are going to sweat the small stuff 4 days a week! Targeting the small muscles along side our larger muscles will ensure they are keeping up and contributing to our larger lifts. It will also help create a nice, well rounded physique by getting more pops of muscle here and there. The small stuff matters in the gym sometimes just as much as the big stuff! I recommend a rest day after the leg sessions with no more than 2 days off in a row. While some exercises will be more isolated movements, some will be variations of bigger movement patterns to change where we are targeting growth and aid in muscle recruitment.
