This is a 4 day/4 week program designed to increase strength, muscle size, and mobility with the use of kettlebells and resistance bands. Twist, reach, stabilize and get strong in different positions. Move better, perform better, feel better. Repeat for another 4 weeks if you'd like to continue progress. Feel free to ask questions and post progress in the Advantage Trainees group!
