Let's create some "GAD damn" reactions to our glutes and delts (GAD)! As usual, the routine is a complete, well rounded plan with prioritizing on glutes and deltoids growth. Building these muscle groups yields a huge impact on the overall silhouette of your physique, creating curves exactly where we want em! You and everyone behind you will be grateful for your gains! You can train and rest every other day. or take the rest days between sessions as needed. Try to avoid having more than 2 days off in a row.
