Okay, it isn't as bad as the name implies, but I wanted something catchy! We are shaking up March with some plyometrics paired with muscle growth exercises. Since plyometrics are for power, do adhere to the rest periods between sets. It will be tempting to jump right into the next set, but we aren't targeting the aerobic system. I recommend to hit day 1 and 2, rest, then day 3 and 4, then 2 days rest. This could work out nicely as a Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri plan.
