Iso-Crazy is filled with isometrics (holds) at various muscle lengths. The hold should build up fatigue that you have to continue to work through, slow down your sets and increase time under tension, as well as pump blood into connective tissues. Aim for going kind of slow and steady with your reps, feel the muscles work and let them get nice n warm. Holds (isometrics) have a neat effect of cleaning up form, but are especially valuable to the connective tissues to catch up with strength and muscle gains. After plyometrics and heavy lifting (March24), expect this to help the body recover well. The first week should be performed a little on the light side, consider it as a de-load week. The volume and holds will increase/change.
